WHAT DO WE DO?

We are a leading carpentry company in the construction of stands for fairs and retail sector. We offer manufacturing and construction services at an international level.
Thanks to our great experience and dedication we can carry out an optimal development of each of our projects.
We have a 1,000 sqm production center and warehouse in La Roca del Vallés, where we have the best carpentry equipment with latest generation machinery, which allows us to produce stands and high quality retail projects quickly and efficiently.
In addition, we have 350 sqm of labeling workshop in Hospitalet de Llobregat.

LATEST GENERATION MACHINERY

The numerical control milling machine allows us to produce parts with a precise and uniform finish through the use of rotary cutting tools controlled by a computer.

TABLE SAW

We use the table saw to cut and rip wood pieces to size. It adjusts in height to cut wood pieces to different thicknesses. The saw blade is mounted on a spindle that rotates at high speed to cut wood with precision and speed.

EDGE BANDING

Thanks to a compressed hot air system, the edgebanding is perfectly bonded to the board, thus guaranteeing water and heat resistance and an excellent quality of aesthetic finish that lasts over time. We achieve a perfect finish.

TECHNICAL OFFICE

We have a woodworking management optimization software, which offers a wide range of 3D modeling tools, including advanced surface, solid and sheet metal functions. It also provides us with tools for product data management, manufacturing process simulation, project management and task automation.

It allows us to create and produce complex mechanical parts and assemblies in an efficient and precise manner, which allows us to have a highly automated carpentry which minimizes the possibility of error, optimizes time and costs and ensures the highest quality in all finishes.
